Seemingly standing in as the pseudo-monarch for gameplay purposes for Olympus, Quirinus is a very strong Buster Servant built around a single core gimmick: everything is Rome. Quirinus’s game plan mostly consists of slamming enemies with Roman Trait debuffs and then using his NP, which deals more damage the more Roman the enemy is. He’s best thought of as something of a hybrid Servant meant for longer fights: he does ST-tier damage to a single target and also splashes to the sides. He doesn’t quite match the best-of-the-best Buster damage-dealers, but he’s still very strong and he also has the tools to function as a relatively versatile semi-support if needed.

Quirinus is really good. He has very high damage potential against a single target, he has easy crit access, he has some survival tools, and he can also significantly push party damage. In some respects he’s a jack-of-all-trades Servant who does a little of everything. He’s going to lose out to specialists in most cases, but only by a bit, which makes him a great pull for players looking to fill holes in their roster.
