How does this event work?
- This event is Raid-based and with the exception of certain Main Story Quests, all Event Quests cost BP instead of AP. This means it is still possible to clear dailies or farm Free Quests in Singularities using AP while participating in the Event using BP.
- Up to 8 BP maximum.
- Recovery rate: 1 BP per hour.
- BP can also be recovered using special Rice Ball items awarded during the event.
- Masters receive enough BP to comfortably clear the event, it is not advised to change sleep schedule for extra BP
- The Raid will come in multiple waves following the below schedule (This schedule is different from the original event! Each wave is shorter!):
Day | Class | Total HP | Duration |
Day 1 | 3,000,000,000,000 HP | 5/22 00:00 - 5/23/2019 16:59 PDT
Day 2 | 6,000,000,000,000 HP | 5/23 17:00 - 5/24/2019 16:59 PDT

How should I farm the Ibaraki Raids?
- Update 5/30/2019: Drop rates are being updated live with Atlas Academy sheet drop rates. Each difficulty of the raid is useful for different purposes. The below table summarizes the benefits of each quest difficulty.
- Without Oni Gourd drop bonus CEs, there will not be enough Oni Gourds to clear the shop, so the 2BP (3M) Bullying the Oni difficulty is a good compromise between drops/BP and Gourds, as well as being a quicker run than the 3BP difficulty depending on setup and Servant availability, especially for newer Masters.
- Oni Gourd shop: 10,650 to clear; 7,650 to clear all except monuments.
- With 0 drop bonus: ~6500 Oni Gourds expected
- Stalling or defeating Ibaraki is not necessary to climb the damage ladder or attain item drops in the rerun. However, it is encouraged to defeat the Oni Arms, as they provide drops. Ibaraki herself does not have any drops, on the other hand.
- If Masters no longer need DP and only want drops, then it is perfectly viable for even lower leveled Masters to attempt higher difficulty Raids than they can clear, provided they can defeat the Oni Arms.
- The Raids in the rerun for Rashomon now drop Ascension Materials! Different materials are dropped on each raid day.
- See the table below for a list of which Ascension Materials are dropped on each Raid Day:
- Some Masters may want to grind bond points rather than Ascension Materials or Gourds. To maximize Bond Points from raids after finishing the DP ladder, "Playing with the Oni" (1BP, 515 Bond) difficulty is both fastest and rewards the most bond points per BP spent regardless of CE choices.
Difficulty | BP | Bond/BP | Materials | Gourds |

How Should I Get Started?
- Farming 3 BP is not necessary to clear the shop or the damage ladder.
- Original Run Masters: Can start farming 2 BP: "Bullying the Oni" right away.
- Strong Masters: Can borrow an MLB or from a friend and start farming 2 BP: "Bullying the Oni" as well. Masters should be able to deal more than 1 million damage to the banana Oni.
- New Masters: Can borrow a powerful Servant with an MLB from a friend. Cautious Masters could start with 2 BP: "Exorcising the Oni", but once they feel comfortable they should also move towards farming the banana in the 2BP "Bullying the Oni" difficulty.
Should I roll for Event CEs?
- Generally, Masters do not need to roll the gacha to clear the shop.
- Spending all BP on the 2 BP "Bullying the Oni" difficulty will result in most of the shop cleared even if no bonus is brought along (200 runs is about 6400 Gourds with no bonus)
- To be safe, borrowing a Friend Servant with a high bonus is ideal later in the event once Masters have more Event CEs of their own.
- Masters can also field copies of the 3* CE in the backline to boost Gourd drops.
When should I use Rice Balls?
- Rice Ball of Power: Recovers 2 BP.
- Golden Rice Ball: Recovers 8 BP (will overflow, although time left til next natural BP recovery is reset).
- Depending on what Ascension Materials are desired, Rice Balls can be saved for the day(s) that drop specific Ascension Materials. See the Drop Table for which types of materials drop on each day.
- Make sure to use your Rice Balls before the end of the Event! Drops obtained from the Raid are worth more than what they can be exchanged for.
- Leftover Rice Balls can be exchanged at the end of the event for 20,000 QP (Rice Ball of Power) or 120,000 QP (Golden Rice Ball). This is essentially 10,000 QP per BP (Rice Ball of Power) or 15,000 QP per BP (Golden Rice Ball).
- The 3BP Raid for example, provides enough Oni Gourd drops on average to exchange for ~54,491 QP per BP, plus the chance for additional Ascension material drops, so it is definitely worth using up the Rice Balls rather than exchanging them for QP at the end of the event.
Will I have enough BP to clear the Damage Point rewards?
- Yes. If anything, running "Bullying the Oni" (2 BP) is more attractive. The 3 BP difficulty is not necessary as long as Masters keep up with Missions and natural BP refill.
- Total BP Overall: 404 BP (excluding Saint Quartz usage)
- Total BP from natural recovery: 8 + 212 = 220 BP (some may be lost due to overflow)
- Total BP from Rice Balls: Golden Rice Balls = 15 * 8 = 120 BP; Rice Balls of Power = 32 * 2 = 64 BP; TOTAL = 184 BP
- To clear the Damage Point Rewards ladder, 200M (200 million) Damage Points are needed.
- Since there is no punishment for failure, Masters should always aim to progress on the 3M HP difficulty (Bullying the Oni) even if victory seems far away. As long as Masters can deal 1 million damage to Ibaraki per 2 BP spent, they should finish the damage ladder if no BP is wasted.
