The average drop rate of each individual container can also be calculated by dividing the drop rate by the Max number of containers. For example, a 200% drop rate on an item that can drop Max 4 means each single drop has an average 200%/4 = 50% chance of dropping, and this chance is rolled four times. Individual containers do not always have identical drop rates depending on the enemy, but since individual variations are included in the total drop rate, this is a decent approximation.
