Introduction
- Welcome to the Nanmei Yumihari Eight Dog Chronicles event! This event features an Event Shop with three event currencies, along with an Event Point ladder!
- This event is primarily time gated, with Main Quests and Free Quests unlocking on a daily basis. Farming Free Quests for Event Points will also be required to unlock certain Main Quests.
- An additional Expedition mechanic will be available during this event, where Masters can send out Dog Warrior allies that join throughout the event to gain Ascension materials and extra Event Points after 8/12/16 hour periods! Masters should remember to claim and re-send expeditions when they complete.
- There are three event currencies (), whose rates are boosted by event gacha CEs ().
- There is also an Event Point currency (), which is required for Main Quest progress. The Event Point currency rates are boosted by the Shop CE ().
- Event Bonus Servants will provide a damage bonus and gain bonus Bond EXP during Event Quests!

General Tips
- Event Bonus CEs will grant a boost to drops for Event Shop currencies or Event Point currencies.
- Event Bonus Servants will gain a Damage and Bond EXP bonus during the event!
The below is a summary of the general flow of the event. Generally, Main Quests and Free Quests are time gated and unlock on a daily basis, and are gated by the Event Point system which can be accessed through currency obtained from Free Quests. The detailed walkthrough provides information about CE suggestions, drops, enemy encounters and gimmicks for each quest.
The overall flow is Main Quests > Free Quests to farm currency > repeat, with time gates between individual Main Quest chapters.
Walkthrough (All Days):
1) Clear Main Quests available.
2) Clear Free Quests available until Point Thresholds are reached. First prioritize purchasing the Event Shop CE (bring Gacha Ces if available), then equip Event Shop CE copies as soon as they are available.
Point Thresholds:
- Day 2: 70k points
- Day 3: 190k points (new Free Quest) / 270k points
- Day 4: 350k points
- Day 5: 500k points
3) Send out Expeditions for additional Event Points and Ascension Materials.
4) Repeat the above steps. Each day, new Main Quests will unlock; continue farming Free Quests between days to reach required point thresholds for Main Quests.

Time Gate | The next section unlocks ~Day 2. Extra AP can be spent on the latest available Free Quest; focus on buying the Event Shop CE copies ASAP! If AP fruit is plentiful, Masters can spend some to buy the Event Shop CE now if desired. When doing this, prioritizing gacha CEs to boost event shop currency is preferred. The best quests will not unlock until the Epilogue completes, so it is best to save farming for later. |

34 | Challenge (5 AP) | Note the Challenge Quest will unlock ~Day 8 after the Epilogue and requires Final Singularity Solomon to be cleared. Two break bar bosses in a single wave, a Rider (270k, 356k, 456k) and Foreigner (224k, 304k, 410k HP). When allies get a total of 7 or more stacks of special debuffs applied by the boss' normal attacks, then they will be inflicted by Charm for a turn. The Rider starts with 4-time, 5-turn Evade. 1st Break: Gets a Crit Damage buff, and debuffs the party's DEF and adds a special debuff stack. 2nd Break: Remove 30 Stars, remove 1 buff (starting from the latest) from the party, and increase own Crit Rate. Expeditions
- Starting after clearing the Main Quest "First Arrow", Masters have access to Expeditions.
- Masters can send each Dog Warrior companion to an expedition.
- Expeditions cost different Ascension Materials depending on location.
- After a certain time duration, the expedition completes, and the cost material is refunded, while additional materials and Event Points are obtained.
- Different dogs can be compatible with different expedition locations. Favored regions have their expedition time reduced by 25%!
- Masters can also set up a Return Notification, which allows push notifications when an expedition finishes.
- Note expeditions cannot be started after the event ends, although any ongoing expeditions will finish after the event.

- No, if just clearing the event. If clearing the Event Shop, probably not unless starting late / missing a few days.
- Natural Regen AP will be approximately 5950 AP throughout the event.
- Clearing the full Main Quest line and clearing each quest at least once requires 1405 AP.
- For clearing the Event Shop (no monuments or EXP / 3* Fous, ignoring ladder), this will take approximately 3925 AP.
- Clearing the Event Point Ladder (ignoring the event shop) takes approximately 4365 AP.
- For clearing the Event Shop (no monuments; with EXP + 3* Fous), this will take approximately 4725 AP. The Point Ladder should also clear.
- For a full Event Shop clear including monuments, this total reaches 5005 AP to clear everything. The Ladder should also clear long before the shop.
- The amount of AP required can be reduced with more copies of Event CEs. Additional copies of 4* or 5* CEs must be obtained in the gacha, while 3* CEs can be obtained in the Friend Point Gacha (at a low rate).
