Marie's crystal steed will have the following changes:

• Damage +200% for all levels (now 800% - 1200%)
• An additional +500 HP heal per overcharge level (1000 - 3000)
• A new Critical Strength buff for all allies (flat +20%, 3 turns)

These are small changes that are still welcome nonetheless. It should be noted that the critical strength buff's value is slightly reduced by the fact that Marie herself, given her high Rider-class Star Gather Rate, will be eating up a good fraction of critical stars, when her allies may be able to benefit more greatly off them. However, the bonus critical strength is still a nice addition and can still be utilized in multiple ways, including usage of Star Gather buffs and order change, among others.

Alf Layla Wa-Layla will be gaining:

• Increased damage +150% (600% - 900%)
• A new Debuff Resist Debuff on all enemies (flat 50%, 1 time, 3 turns)

These changes are somewhat underwhelming on Caster of the Nightless City; her performance remains largely unchanged. However, masters who are fans of the storied Caster should not despair, as there are more upgrades in store for her. The arguably more valuable upgrade she receives is the skill upgrade on her Skill 3, which arrives around April 2020.

Elisabeth's new and improved concert has:

• Increased damage +100% (400% - 600%)
• A new Buff Success Rate debuff for all enemies (flat 20%, 3 turns)

The increased damage is welcome, although the Buff Success Rate improvement can cause enemies to miss their buffs, which is magnified on inherently chance-based skills such as the Imperial Privilege variants. Buff Success Rate debuffs are relatively rare in the cast, so this change is worth noting.

In her quest for perfection of torture, Carmilla's NP now provides:

• Increased damage +200% (800% - 1200%)
• Increased anti-Female Special Attack damage +30% (150% - 200%)

Her damage is already quite decent against female targets, which are commonly found throughout quests. The change is welcome, if not a bit straightforward--she will just hit harder, and ensure just a bit more of their suffering. The damage bump is substantial enough that she becomes one of the best choices as a single target Assassin aside from Ryougi Shiki.

Based on the substantial damage boost, Carmilla will be moved to Tier 2.

Tarasque has gained some weight this time around:

• Increased damage +100% (400% - 600%)
• A new Buster Card effectiveness up buff on herself that activates before damage (flat +20%, 1 turn)

Compared to her prior Skill Upgrades, which were remarkable utility buffs for Saint Martha, this latest Rank Up simply helps her deal more damage. Even if she may not be the first choice for damage, at the very least Tarasque is well-fed (or she is flinging him harder), and she can clear waves more easily even at NP1.
