Medea

Circe's Teaching: The week starts off with Medea receiving even more utility. The targetable debuff cleanse is situationally useful, but the additional 30 - 50% NP gain buff is actually a sizeable one. Not only could it help Medea Rule-Breaker more often, but Arts Servants often appreciate the additional boost in NP gain.
Euryale

Whim of the Goddess: Euryale finally gains access to her primary steroid for a period of 3 turns. The additional 20 - 30% NP gain and damage on her arts cards and NP are very welcome, but due to a multiplier effect between her anti-male bonus on her NP, the steroid in practice has a massive effect on the total damage amount of her NP. Unlock this immediately and prioritise it during skill leveling.
As a result her tier placement has improved from 3 -> 2.
Shakespeare
Increase NP Gauge for an ally by 20%.

King’s Men: With King’s Men, Shakespeare will be able to settle in his role of offensive Buster support reliably. A targetable 20% NP gauge boost with a significant star gathering boost is a great way to supplement any Buster farming team or one with Kaleidoscopes at the ready. For Masters who have failed to roll Servants that grant NP gauge to others, Shakespeare is now a valuable alternative and can cut farming time down significantly.
Arash

Arrow Construction: At last it arrives. With this skill Arash can finally achieve an NP on his own at turn 1 with a Kaleidoscope that’s not MLB. The 20 - 30% NP gauge boost is not only hugely convenient, it has an inbuilt 1000 - 3000 heal to make sure Arash doesn’t perish early. If you aren’t familiar with the power and convenience of farming with Arash, now is a great moment to jump on the bandwagon.
Ushiwakamaru

Art of the Swallow: An evasion skill at last for Ushiwakamaru. The star gathering boost is alright, but Ushiwakamaru’s low hit counts will only grant her a few extra stars. What the skill does do, is solidify her capacity for destroying Caster bosses with extreme prejudice, a trait that is going to be very valuable in the upcoming content. The Evasion skill will make sure that Ushiwakamaru can survive turns without defensive buffs or an enemy NP in extended fights.
Asterios

Labrys of the Abyss: An additional steroid for Asterios that comes with a Lancelot-level 3000 - 6000% star absorption buff. While the 20 - 30% Buster buff from this skill and the 10 - 30% attack buff from his first skill will now help Asterios do a nice amount of damage with his Buster Brave chains, the star absorption will also help attract stars to his arts cards. The more NP gauge that can be foisted unto Asterios the better in order to get those debuffs rolling.
Kiyohime
Increase own Buster Card effectiveness (1 turn).

Flame-Colored Kiss: Kiyohime receives a welcome 20 - 30% Buster steroid to aid her in her AoE farming Berserker niche. It comes with an additional debuff cleanse, but that’s just a bonus. Kiyohime can already charge her NP pretty well, but the NP always suffered from a lack of damage. This helps alleviate some of that.
