You’d think it’d be hard for a new AoE Arts Servant with a multi-hit NP to be unimpressive in a world with Castoria, but here we have one who manages. With crit functionality roughly comparable to Saber Lancelot and loop potential that’s actually weaker on the whole than that of Jason, Summer Tomoe is kind of underwhelming. She has some nice tools in her kit and can be a solid Servant at higher NP levels especially, but as with Murasaki she’s somewhat redundant, and unlike Murasaki one of the Servants who outdoes her is a 1*. Take that how you will.

Tomoe’s fine. She doesn’t have amazing synergy with her favored supports, but she has enough good tools to be serviceable regardless. It’s a bit hard to justify her value when Jason exists and is free. Additionally, her main selling point is crits, and given that she’s not all that impressive as a looper you really might as well run a crit-oriented Buster Servant instead. She’s not bad, but she doesn’t really stand out either. Meh.
