Introduction

  • Welcome to the Water Monsters Crisis event! This event features an Event Shop with three event currencies, along with various Construction options that aesthetically modify the map and provide additional story!
  • This event is primarily time gated, with Main Quests and Free Quests unlocking on a daily basis. Construction Quests will also be required to unlock certain Main Quests.
  • There are three event currencies (Demonic Raw WoodOmnipotent RockDivine Ivy), whose rates are boosted by event gacha CEs (Underworld's GoddessEye of the TigerWorld Excursion).
  • There are also three construction currencies (Cheerful KonLaughing KonHealthy Kon), whose rates are boosted by event shop CE, which can also be obtained at a low rate from Event Free Quests (Star's Holiday).
  • Event Bonus Servants will provide drop bonuses to construction currencies, as well as a damage bonus and Bond EXP! All Classes can also provide construction currency drop bonus, as listed in the bonus Servant table.
  • The Main Quest unlock schedule is below:

General Tips

  • Event Bonus CEs will grant a boost to drops for Event Shop currencies or provide a damage boost for Construction currencies.
  • Event Bonus Servants will gain a Damage and Bond EXP bonus during the event! Additionally, all Servants can provide Construction currency drop bonuses depending on their class. Bringing the right Event Bonus Servants will help speed up the farming process.
Walkthrough TL;DR

The below is a summary of the general flow of the event. Generally, Main Quests and Free Quests are time gated and unlock on a daily basis, while Construction Quests need to be completed at various points to access the next Main Quest. The detailed walkthrough provides information about CE suggestions, drops, enemy encounters and gimmicks for each quest.

The overall flow is Main Quests > Free Quests to farm currency > Construction Quest > repeat, with time gates between individual Main Quest chapters.

Walkthrough (All Days):

1) Clear Main Quests (up to Section 1).

2) Clear Free Quests available. Make sure to purchase the Event Shop CE ASAP to maximize Construction currency drops! If ever short on currency, farm Free Quests until sufficient currency is available.

3) Complete Construction Quest of choice.

4) Repeat the above three steps. Each day, new Main Quests will unlock; continue farming Free Quests between days to obtain more Construction currency to prepare for the next Construction Quest.

5) On ~Day 8, the Epilogue will unlock! Obtain the Welfare, Taisui Xingjun at this time!

6) After clearing the Epilogue, clear all Extra Quests using Construction currency to NP5 the Welfare.

Masters should purchase ASAP and prioritize CE slots for the event shop CE Star's Holiday since construction materials are the limiting factor for Main Quest progression.

The option selected does not matter, except for flavor and aesthetic purposes, so it can be best to choose by which currency is easiest for farm based on bonuses available.
Masters can also choose to deconstruct a building (no currency refund if this is done) and choose a different option.
The only reward for constructing all buildings is 1x Silver Fruit per new building, so this is not really worth redoing constructions unless excess currency is available, although this does provide tidbits of new story for completionists.

1st Break: Remove party's defensive buffs and inflict 5-time, 2-turn Buff Block.

The Alter Ego will also debuff the party's HP Recovery amount by 50% permanently.

Note the Challenge Quest will unlock after the Epilogue and requires Final Singularity Solomon to be cleared.
A rush of seven break bar Servants all with 2 HP bars, with three Sabers, a Rider, Caster, Archer, and Lancer (121-170k HP).
All Servants passively gain minor defensive or offensive buffs each turn that can stack indefinitely, but are removable.
Additionally, each Servant has break effects, most of which are unremovable.
Most notably, the starting Saber gains 2-hit Evade, and the Archer gains 2-hit Invincibility after break, while the final Saber has Guts after break.

Event Completed Congratulations! All Main Quests are completed! Masters can continue farming to clear the Event Shop! Don't forget to purchase all Ascension Materials for Taisui Xingjun from the Shop!
Optionally, Masters can also reconstruct all other buildings they did not construct the first time around (for 1x Silver Fruit per new building).

Should I Use Apples?

  • No, if just clearing the event and going for NP5 / Max Ascension Welfare Taisui Xinjun. If clearing the Event Shop, also probably not, provided natural AP is all used.
  • Natural Regen AP will be approximately 5980 AP throughout the event.
  • Clearing the full Main Quest line and clearing each quest at least once w/ an NP5 Welfare requires 2765 AP.
  • For clearing the Event Shop (no monuments; EXP + 3* Fous will clear regardless in most cases), this will take approximately 4365 AP.
  • For a full Event Shop clear including monuments, this total reaches 5685 AP to clear everything.
  • The amount of AP required can be reduced with more copies of Event CEs. Additional copies of 4* or 5* CEs must be obtained in the gacha, while 3* CEs can be obtained in the Friend Point Gacha (at a low rate).
  • Assumptions for the above AP costs (uses "first timer worst case scenario with no FP Gacha luck", AP reduced if more bonus available):
    • Up to +1 Demonic Raw Wood: Non-MLB Friend Support Underworld's Goddess.
    • Up to +1 Omnipotent Rock: Non-MLB Friend Support Eye of the Tiger.
    • Up to +2 Divine Ivy: Non-MLB Friend Support + Quest Reward copy of World Excursion.
