Waltz Collab: Grail Concert - Challenge Guide: Five Star Idol

Requirements: The Main Quest line for the Event and Singularity: Solomon must be completed before this quest can be attempted.

• Face off against a five-man idol group in the Waltz Collab Challenge Quest! Three Saber Servants, a Caster, and an Assassin await in the lineup, with all five enemies having 2 HP bars ranging from the 100k-300k+ HP range.
• As with many other quests during this event, the Master's Center Servant gains bonus buffs, including Crit Damage, Star Drop Rate, and Stars per turn buffs.
• Arthur Pendragon is the center Idol, with several notable effects:
  • Starts by buffing Crit Rate for all enemy Servants by 30%.
  • Applies Sure Hit to the enemy lineup after a total of 3 HP bars are broken.
  • Buffs own ATK by 50% and clears own debuffs when he is the last remaining Servant.
  • Gains 80% Damage Resist after break, along with another 50% ATK buff for himself.
• Due to his 80% Damage Resist effect, Arthur is likely going to be the last enemy standing at the end.
• Every turn, a spotlight effect selects a random enemy, granting that enemy Damage Plus 1000 and Damage Cut by 1000. Enemies will also use their Spotlight Skill on their turn while they have the spotlight. A list of Spotlight Skills:
  • Lan Ling: Heals all enemies by 20k HP and clears their debuffs.
  • Arthur: Buffs own Crit Rate to 100% for 1 hit.
  • Sigurd: Gains 3-turn Ignore DEF and 1-time Evade.
  • Merlin: Gets MAX NP Gauge.
  • Izo: Buffs own ATK by 50% for 1 hit.
• Each enemy also has break skills, some of which can be dangerous to deal with if unprepared.:
  • Lan Ling: 50% chance to Charm the party, buffs DEF by 30% for enemies. The DEF buff is unremovable, although the Charm can be cleansed.
  • Arthur: Gets unremovable ATK +50% and Damage Resist +80%.
  • Sigurd: Gets 1-time 50k HP Guts, debuffs party ATK by 30% (3 turns), both are unremovable.
  • Merlin: Enemies gain 1 extra NP per turn (2 turns), party gets NP Gain -30% (3 turns), both unremovable.
  • Izo: Buffs own ATK by 50%, and has a 30% chance to inflict NP Seal on the party for a turn, both unremovable.

• Archer AoE Damage works well for this battle, since the majority of enemies (including the toughest one) are Sabers. Gilgamesh notably has bonus damage against Servants as well, making him a decent choice to bring along. However, other damage dealers also work well, such as Berserkers. Chen Gong also deserves a special mention for being a very powerful low rarity option.
• Debuff Immune Support is very helpful to bring; have the Debuff Immune effect active before breaking Lan Ling to nullify the Charm effect. Asclepius is a great option if he is available.
• Damage / NP Gauge Support as always helpful in boosting damage output to eliminate enemies as quickly as possible. Altria Caster, Merlin, and Skadi are all excellent options. The new Servant, Miss Crane, also is a great support that enhances buff stacking setups as well.
• Event Damage CEs (Blooming in the Crimson Sky) on the damage dealer will provide a boost to Card damage, which increases as Event Points are collected (maxing out at +100% at 1,000,000 points). Masters can farm for more Event Points to further increase the Event Damage bonus if desired.
