Overview
- Nezha (Lancer) is the lone boss of this challenge quest, with a Noble Phantasm that deals AoE damage, and a myraid of break bar effects.
- When the battle starts, she will begin by applying Sure Hit to herself for 3 turns. Evade skills will not be effective during this time. She also can periodically use a skill that refreshes the Sure Hit for another 4 turns. Invincibility is preferable for this fight as a result.
- Upon breaking her first HP bar, she will inflict six unremovable debuffs on all frontline Servants, which last for 5 turns and can only be removed if Nezha is attacked using an NP. Every hit with an NP will remove 3 of the debuffs at a time.
- After breaking her second HP bar, she will give herself a total of 8 unremovable buffs that last indefinitely, and can only be removed by attacking her with Quick Cards.
- During the 2nd break bar, she can also begin using a skill that grants her Invincibility (1 turn) and Ignore Invincible (2 turns).
Team Recommendations
- It is recommended to bring at least two damage dealers:
- The first damage dealer is ideally a single target Saber-class Servant, who will deal with her first HP bar and receive the unremovable debuffs casted after first break.
- The second damage dealer, who is kept in the backline, preferably is a Quick-based Saber-class Servant, so that they can remove the otherwise permanent buffs from Nezha on her final HP bar.
- If the above are not available, other damage dealers can be used instead, such as Jeanne d'Arc (Alter), Sakata Kintoki, or other high ST damage dealers.
- Using the Chaldea Combat Uniform mystic code (Order Change) allows switching out of the debuffed damage dealer with the backline damage dealer to help the fight go smoothly.
- Given that the boss frequently will have Sure Hit active, Evade is not as effective. Bringing Invincibility support (Merlin, Jeanne d'Arc, Mash) is helpful for tanking the AoE NP.
- Caution that after 2nd break, she may use a 1-turn Invincibility Skill. This buff can be removed, and bringing buff removal support will be helpful.
- Additional NP Charge support is helpful as it enables the backline damage dealer to fire their NP off more quickly once they are brought out.
