Main Quests unlock based on Raid Progression.
The Final Act can be reached as soon as players are able to defeat all four initial Raid Bosses.
The Extra Act (which unlocks the return raids, the Challenge Quest, as well as Rakshasa Free Quest difficulties) is timelocked to ~7 days into the event.
