Okita finally gets a summer version! While this kills off yet another Koha-Ace joke (after Guda4 ended the “Nagayoshi when” and “SSR Nobu when” equivalents). She has a lot going for her in the abstract, from loaded skills to high NP damage to excellent bases, but in exchange she’s quite fragile and can’t reliably Skadi loop. She’s not valuable for farming, but she’s a potentially workable CQ counter with the right enabling.

Okita’s attack holds her back, her NP demerit keeps her from being a great Quick loop servant, and her deck limits her crit damage potential, but her bases are so high and her skills and NP are so loaded that she’s a workable CQ DPS regardless. She’s highly fragile, though, which means she’ll struggle in anything but fastplay contexts. Using her is generally speaking going to be more trouble than it’s worth, and she’s pretty much completely dead when it comes to farming, but if you’re dedicated enough and you have the right tools she can be functional for harder content.
