- The lottery event is back with Battle in New York 2021! This event features an Event Shop and an Unlimited Lottery, with 7 new exhibition quests (and a rerun of the 7 exhibition quests from 2020)!
- Lottery events are the best opportunity to farm for QP, EXP, Mana Prisms, Friend Points, Bronze Fruit, and several Ascension Materials! It is suggested to try to clear as many Lottery Boxes as possible to maximize rewards.
- If only interested in clearing each quest once, the total AP comes to 599 AP, although it is suggested to continue farming for Lottery Tickets if time allows.
- Exhibition Quests will also be available, which are highly-challenging quests that each cost 1 AP per attempt. Exhibition Quests have several special restrictions:
- The Party lineup can only have one of each Servant (no double Skadi lineups, etc.).
- No Saint Quartz or Command Seal x3 Revival is allowed (other Command Seals, such as HP Restoration / Full NP Gauge can be used).
- There are three Event Shop currencies (
) to farm for this event, whose drop rates can be boosted by Event Bonus CEs. - All Tournament (Free) Quests also drop the lottery currency (
), whose drops can be boosted with the Event Shop CE 
. - The Lottery Grand Prize CE (
) provides a handy damage boost during event quests. The damage boost is particularly useful when attempting Exhibition Quests. - Note there are no Event Bonus Servants for this event.
- This event is time-gated, with three waves of Tournament Quests, as well as Exhibition Quests released once per day. The full release schedule is below.

Walkthrough TL;DR
The below is a summary of the general flow of the event. The more detailed walkthrough provides information about drops and CE suggestions for each quest.
The overall flow of the event is relatively straightforward, with a short Main Quest section followed by farming until the next wave. The feature of this event is the Lottery box, which is one of the most AP-efficient ways to obtain resources in the game, and it is highly encouraged to clear as many boxes as possible.
General Steps Per Wave (Day 1-5, 5-10, 10-End):
1) Complete Main Quests.
2) Complete each Tournament Quest during the current wave (5 total) once for Golden Fruit reward.
3) Continue farming Tournament Quests to buy the Event Shop CEs ASAP, followed by clearing the Event Shop, and finally to clear as many Lottery Boxes as possible. Best locations for each currency are as follows:
- Club = Bronze Currency (Fries)
- Gym = Silver Currency (Hot Dogs)
- Arena = Gold Currency (Burgers)
- Garden = Lottery Tickets
Per Day (Exhibition Quests):
- Each day, new Exhibition Quest(s) will be available, which is a high-difficulty quest that can be cleared for Summon Tickets, Materials, and bragging rights. Check out the Exhibition Quests page for a list of guides and additional information about the Exhibition Quests.

Should I use Apples?
- Yes! Although apple usage is not required to clear the Main Quest line, this event is one of the best times to use Apples, given lottery boxes are the most AP-efficient way to farm EXP, QP, Mana Prisms, Skill Gems, Friend Points, and select Ascension Mats, all at the same time. Lottery events come sparingly, so take advantage of the opportunity while it's available!
- Natural Regen AP will be approximately 3950 AP throughout the event.
- Clearing the Main Quests / Exhibition Quests / all Tournament Quests just once for a first-time clear reward costs a total of 599 AP.
- For clearing the Event Shop (no monuments, or 3* Fous), this will take approximately 3639 AP (note this will require several Garden runs to get enough Diamonds to clear the Diamond event shop items).
- For clearing the Event Shop (no monuments, but with Fous and EXP), this will take approximately 4599.
- For a full Event Shop clear including monuments, this total reaches 7279 AP+ to clear all pieces and monuments.
- The amount of AP required can be reduced with more copies of Event CEs. Additional copies of 4* or 5* CEs must be obtained in the gacha, while 3* CEs can be obtained in the Friend Point Gacha (at a low rate).
- Assumptions for the above (uses "first timer worst case scenario with 1x Friend Point Gacha luck", AP reduced if more bonus available):
- Up to +1 : From Non-MLB Friend Support .
- Up to +1 : From Non-MLB Friend Support .
- Up to +2 : From a friend point copy of and a Non-MLB Friend Support .
