Charlotte is a solid servant in a vacuum, but she suffers from being dropped into an exceptionally crowded Servant pool. She’s almost strictly a downgrade from Assassin Shiki, she struggles to measure up to Izou, and even if you don’t have them she faces stiff competition from Hundred-Faces Hassan. She’s an entirely usable servant if you like her, but she also doesn’t bring anything new to the table.

I’m not sold on Charlotte’s kit. She’s reliable in the sense that she has a great survival tool and gets through all defensive buffs, but her damage is output is basically limited to her burst-turn NP and that damage isn’t even particularly consistent. If you missed Shiki, she’s probably worth leveling just to have an on-demand answer to defensive buffs, but I don’t think she’s particularly worthwhile outside of those situations, and she really struggles to measure up to the other ST Arts Assassins.
