Christmas 2017 Rerun: Farming Guide & Quick Walkthrough

Introduction

This Christmas Revival event is very straightforward to farm.
The lottery is limited to 8 full clears and most of the shop and lottery can be cleared with natural AP regen.
Try to field as many Magical Stocking Bonus Servants as possible.
Similarly, try to borrow Santa Alter for her +4 Stocking bonus drop if she is equipped with the right CE (usually Holy Night Sign).
Buy out the Holy Night Sign Craft Essences first.
The Bonus Magical Stocking rate from Holy Night Sign is capped at 100%!
The Bonus drop from Holy Night Sign is fixed in value based on the difficulty and is not a copy of the base drop.
The 50 AP Free Quest opens up very late and is generally not worth waiting for. It is slightly more efficient when it comes to Magical Stockings, but has to be cleared with full Magical Stocking Bonus Servants which can be rather tedious. Clear it once for the Crystalized Lore!
Final note on drops rates: The Novice Free Quest is slightly better for Seeds of Yggdrassil than any Free Quests. It's a bit tedious to farm though.
Currency drops may be higher than the initial run of the event.

Buying the last Holy Night Sign is optional depending on your friends list. At this point Masters can continue farming whichever currency they prefer.
5	50 AP Holy Night - Grown Up Christmas	Only available after Main Quest completion (2018-11-19 16:00 PST). Rewards a Crystalized Lore, but also contains slightly higher Drop Rate for a full Magical Stocking Drop Bonus team. Generally, don't bother farming this as it is available so late. The Revival drop data is slightly different than last year!
Essentially:the quantity of the base drops has increased, but the base drops are also smaller. Overall the base drops are about the same, but bonus CE are much more effective!
Magical Stockings are completely unaffected, so nothing changes about where to farm.
