Overview

For a special bounty quest this one may seem a bit more difficult than usual, but it boils down to using strong AoE against the Eli-chans and making sure to kill them all within 5 turns before they revive each other.

Each Eli-chan has a passive, break skill, and on-death buff that will revive them if another Eli-chan is alive in 5 turns.
Eli-chan (Lancer) will inflict 500 damage burn on attack. On break she will debuff your team with NP Seal (1 turn) and Confusion (chance for 1 turn of Skill Seal)
Eli-chan (Brave) will inflict 500 damage burn upon being attacked. On break she will grant her team invulnerability (1 turn) and Defense Up (Unremovable, 5 turns)
Eli-chan (Caster) will inflict Burn Damage Taken Up by 50% upon her HP reaching 0. On Break, she will inflict Burn Damage Taken Up 50% for 10 turns and 3 instances of 500 Burn Damage to your team.

Strategy

Bring a strong neutral/advantaged AoE Servant, buff them up, and wipe out Eli-chan in a few turns. This will make the burn damage negligible. Alternatively, cleanse/debuff immunity might help if lacking sufficient damage to oneshot the enemy team.

This quest can easily be done in 3 turns, making Lancer Eli's NP seal irrelevant.

Team Recommendations

Aoe DPS - A strong, neutral/advantaged DPS would be best, like a Saber Class, Berserker, or Avenger. Bonus points if they can loop/regain their NP within the next two turns. Edmond Dantes is notable for his native Invincibility Pierce and high attack buffs, which can counteract Brave Eli's defensive buffs.
Support - Support Servants that can provide NP gauge and offensive buffs for the DPS. The faster Eli-chans are taken down, the less troublesome the burn damage will be.
Sherlock Holmes is notable due to his ability to negate Brave Eli's buffs, allowing for a 2-turn clear so long as he and the main DPS do not get NP sealed.
Bringing some kind of cleanse is recommended if there isn't sufficient damage to take down the Eli-chans in 3 turns. This will prevent the Burn Damage from accumulating. Medea Lily is recommended for her cleanse and subsequent debuff resist, but Asclepius is strong for his on-demand cleanse and NP charge for shorter battles.
Siegfried has class advantage against Lancer Eli but also anti-dragon bonuses, which happens to be all three Eli-chans. Although he isn't necessarily optimal, it can be fun to style on the Eli-chans with him. This could be a good use for your NP5 Siegfried from spooks, if you bothered to level him.
