Is anyone else farming and then burning EXP for mana prisms? After only having about 1000 mana prisms after the Christmas event. I decided this was going to be the only way to gather another 4000 by the deadline. Since rolling both gachas (for me) is out of the question, is the sacrifice worth it, or is it too late?
I think it's too late. You get 7-9 cards per run. You'd need a lot of apples. You should've farmed the lottery harder. I got around 4000 and another 500 from the shop. I need another 150 for the last one. You can unlock it later with a rare prism if you get a crappy 4*.

Second this. 4000 is a large gap. And last singularity is coming and I heard there are raid quests which you might want to spend apples on for the mat drops.
if you have enough apples, it is probably doable. Myself was at ~3600 today. After 17 apples (including a few on Babylon), now I am at ~3900. I only burnt 3-star exp cards farmed from 30ap and for some reason I go quite a few 4-star ones. You could probably get more if you're willing to burn gold ones.
It’s too late, i think you should relax, enjoy new singularity, and wait for it to be reopened in MP shop :)
