I think you’re good in the caster department. Gil could definitely act as your main damage source in an arts team with Waver and Tamamo though so keep that in mind.

I think Enkidu is a good lancer but Scathath would definitely be better since Enkidu’s kit is kind of situational until he gets his skill interlude but I’d say there if you like him then roll for him!

For Quetz vs Ozy, they’re both powerful riders in their own right. Ozy has a teamwide NP charge and buff success rate up which no other servant has that (not sure about recent JP update). While Quetz has targetable guts/buster buff if I remember correctly and goddess value stats. She also has a star absorb and Crit Damage up skill which allows her to hit extremely hard for one turn. Ozy has Imperial Privilege and with 3rd skill guarantees the atk and def buff at max rank +40% atk/def buff. I’d say both are pretty even and comes down to preference but as I have an Ozy at 100 10/10/10 he’s definitely my choice of rider. And even if you don’t get either of those, there’s gonna be a rider Ishtar as a welfare next summer.

Casgil is good as arts support but you already have Tamamo, so he would fill the roles of both Tamamo and Halloween Liz. The only time I'd personally use him is as a support, if I needed an additional arts/atk buff on a Summer Mordred or Squirtoria. He is 4* so he is theoretically easier to get.

Enkidu is similar to Scathach, but Scathach is limited so harder to get. Both are 5* so I think this one can be personal preference.

Ozymandias is the best rider imo, he has fun dialogue and animations, and will help everyone farm QP with his np charge skill.

Others gave excellent answer. Here is several my own suggestion

Caster GIl: Very good as Art support/Art critical support. But not versatile and OP as Merlin (off course). However in a good team he can functioned somehow closed to a SSR. For instance, in a 3 casters team of fighting against assassin boss, he is a top-rated choice.

Enkidu: "his" performance is based on a combination of tanky-np damage. But almost every lancers have either noticeable superiority or noticeable flawless. Enkidu is the same. His 3 Quick card is too excessive with limited performance (typically NP gain). He also dont have any critical-related buff which made his 3 quick card deck became less important (required a proper CE and in a good team). Before his 2nd skill upgraded, overall Shishou worked better in many circumstances. However, there is no too much chance to get Shishou again. Also Enkidu is jack of all trade and still exceed many other lancers

Whether Quetzalcoatl is better than Ozy or not is just related to what function you want they to perform. Quetz work slightly better for damaging enemy ina specific critical round, but in a team of 3, Ozy worked much more decent.
