Yolo-rolls or Multi-rolls?

Based on everyone's experience, which is better?

I remember watching a YouTube video on on which gave the highest chance, and I vaguely remember that the 10 roll had a higher chance of a ssr. My memory's kinda foggy, so correct me if I'm wrong

It is a very informative video, but chance of people getting SR or SRR servants is most of the time yolo rolls.

If I'm thinking of the same video the conclusion was that the rate of SSR servants is the same, but multis give a better chance for SR and SSR CEs, while singles have a slightly higher chance for SR servants.

I argee with what you said, most people who get SR or SSR servants is just doing yolo/single roll.

I prefer multis. I have had better luck with them but there is also something i find more rewarding watching 10 rolls go by without having to press anything more than once.

I prefer yolo rolls, I've had more luck with those and multis seem like a waste to me tbh

I just do multi rolls just cause it takes me a lot of rolls to get any 5 stars and doing the rolls one by one takes more time

What's a Yolo-roll and a Multi-roll?
Sorry I've heard those terms before but I'm not sure what does it mean.

Yolo roll is just a single roll or ticket. You Only Live(Roll) Once.

Multi-roll is spending 30 quartz to get 10 rolls at once, there's a guaranteed 4*+ in multi-rolls.

On my personal experience I've had better luck with yolo rolls.
I did like 5 30 rolls for Nero, fifth was my last try during the event and got her (yay waifu)

Got Jalter with 8 single rolls and Scatach with 2 tickets. Got Saberlot with 7 or 8 tickets, can't remember. Got some good spooks with yolo rolls too (Carmilla, Nitocris and Kerry).

At the end of the day, personally i feel that it is down to your luck. Take my recent experience yesterday, I started off with YOLO and first ticket spooked me with Jack. After that I did another 20 YOLO but never got Amakusa, that was when I started my Multi and that got me my target :)

Well, I have more luck with single rolls.
in multi rolls i got till now 2 SSR ( bryn and jalter) and 6 SR
in single rolls i got 4 SSR and 10 SR

Single or Multi gacha roll result is really depend on someones luck.
For me, my best roll is yolo rolls and i can control myself when it's the time to stop or not.
My multi gacha rolls often gave me lots of Junk, but if i want some event CEs or etc, i always do the multi summons.
Even if multi rolls have guaranteed 4 star CEs, the chance to get SSR or SR servants is almost the same.
In FGO Luck/RNG beat statistics, you can calculate the roll chance but you can't tame the luck itself.
At least we can try by saving some SQ for some specific servant or waifus and hope to get them.

I get all my rare servant from yolo-roll, 2 ssr and 6 sr and 5 & 4 star ce from multi but in the end its all depend on your luck

People have written and talked about reasons why one is better than the other but odds-wise they are identical. The difference I've only recently come around to agreeing with is the simple fact that you have the potential to save a lot of quartz rolling singles if you're only after a servant. This is ideal when you have a limited banner with a servant on single rate-up. If you're only after that one servant, and perhaps you want only np1, then continuing to roll singles until you get that servant allows you the opportunity to stop right away once they are pulled.

In my recent experience, I pulled np2 Gil with 3 tickets and about 10 quartz. I saved a lot there. However, I pulled for Amakusa yesterday on singles and spent over 300 quartz to get him. The gacha is the gacha in the end.

Technically, there is a (very, almost infinitesimally) small chance that the guaranteed results for a 10-roll would result in you getting a 5* that you would not have gotten otherwise. I haven't seen any definition of the mechanics that go into effect to choose your replacement card, so I can't say what the odds are, but I could estimate the odds that the guarantee activates.

I'm also not sure I'd say you'd save a lot of SQ. You'd save on average 4.5 pulls (13.5 SQ), which is a lot if you've just started, but of course, after you've pulled 300, would seem like a drop in a bucket :)

The multi guarantees at least 1 SR CE and 1 3 star servant, nothing else. The rates for SSR servants and CEs don't change.

I don't really know. But
4 of my SSR servants are from 30 sq roll
And 2 of them; Archuria was from 6th summon ticket and Jalter was 3rd ticket.
So there's 6 SSR I hv rn.
