By yellow numbers I'm assuming you mean the stats? If so, they indicate that a servant's stats have been enhanced with fous.

What do the yellow numbers in your support setup mean?
is there any meaning to them? it can't refer to that something can be upgraded bcs my tammys np is 2 and I don't have another of her? (also add if you wanna. I have 5 open slots)

actually it's meant that the skill/NP have been upgraded from interlude or strengthening quest.
Stat is yellow due to addition stat from fou or CE

Ah right, the yellow skills and NP too. I guess that just an indication that something's been strengthened beyond normal level-up.
