You mean from doing a free quest once? There's a very small chance to get one CE drop from a single quest run.

That I don't know, unfortunately :( Probably yes? But the chance would be ridiculously small.

I saw a guy with 6 drops. Not sure how they were distributed though.

Highly unlikely. I think only the higher hp boss has the option to drop the CE.
