Who would you rather your friends use on their support list outside of events?
Ordinarily I'd say Waver but I don't have any MLB Mana Prism or bond CE so there's no reason for anyone to use him due to the mass amounts of 10/10/10's with good CE out there.
Meanwhile I have good CE I can use for Illya like prisma cosmos, black grail, etc.
Low level skill is still okay. Many player use him for NP charge only. Like daily quest, Lv10 is definitely best, but some players like me still use low skill level waver with CE liek bond, FP, , mystic code exp (Personal Lesson, etc)
So, do you have 2030? or Kaleidoscope for specific purpose
Off course picking up your beloved to your support team is always legit enough, if you like Illya.
I like Illya as a character I just want to keep the people on my support list happy. I don't have a 2030 or Kaleidoscope. 700 in and I'm still missing almost all the good 5 star CE.
I’d say use Illya for when something new comes up. For example, Babylonia, and a strong caster is needed for a quest. But for something on the down time like now where there isn’t an event or new singularity, then use Waver as he’s always nice to use.
