Upcoming berserkers in 2019

Anyone who’s played jp know if mhxa or hijikata are any good as berserkers? I’ve had my eye on them but I don’t really know which one I should go for, any advice?

MHX Alter is a quickzerk (ST, not AOE like Zerclot , Tamamocat and Fran) can reduce 1 partner stargen so she can crit sometimes
No hard survivality, just heals.
Skadi will make her a decent fast HP bar breaker.

Do you know anything about hijikata?

Pretty good in pouring damage. And relative poor NP gain. Need to play wisely for managing his HP but dont let him die. For instance, team with Quetz + Waver/Merlin.

I don't have any opinions in MHXA but Hijikata is an odd one. His general damage is like a double-edged sword, you need him to have low HP as possible to maximize his potential, which is fun in gameplay.

He may be low on the tier list, but it is not stopping me to grail him once I have him. You may want also to look into this. https://youtu.be/Bobi8qwIeYY
