Need Waver with Fragment of 2030

Does anyone have a max-skilled (or at least his 2nd and 3rd skill maxed) Waver with 2030, who wouldn't mind adding me for a bit? I'm trying to get caught up on story mode today, and I think that might be helpful once I start getting into the harder content. I've got a crap ton of story to clear still, and I guess that today is the last day I can do it, since the lotto is about to start, so it'd help me a lot if I don't have to spend 30 mins refreshing the support list before each mission to find a waver with a 2030.
