what do i level first for the event

Saved quartz for ishtar, but thanksgiving banner came and i now i have raiko, scathach, gil, and shiki.
what do i focus on

edit: i cant max ascend them, i need claws

Which ever one you feel you need most

i would say raiko, she is the most usefull overrall (both for farm and boss she is alweys good)
but if i was you i would level up scathach, so my cu can have her master o.o

Any are good candidates. I would do raiko and scathach first myself. Raiko since she is universally useful, scathach because my lancer class is under represented.
