NP 5 Santa Alter or NP 2 Francis Drake

By the end of this event, I will have Santa up to NP 5 (currently only NP 3). However, I also have an NP 2 Drake. Which one would y'all recommend I invest in first and why?

I mean drake is a five star with a better pretty much everything. She has an np battery skill with instinct tied to it basically. She has the attack + np damage steroid to compare with the mana burst and has higher overall stats by a solid margin. Both are good sure but I'd argue drake is far better and in another league of it's own.

Np5 Santa has a more Powerful np than np1 drake (not sure how np2 will compare), but I prefer drake's skills. Much easier to get to np with an np gain and gate rate. And produces way more stars between 3rd skill and np overcharge effect.

Drake. Reasons:

1. She has the Oppai.
2. She can charge her NP gauge way faster, which makes her more useful for clearing waves. No point in borrowing a servant with an AOE NP5, if it's a struggle to actually charge up the np before the 3rd wave.
3. She has the mune.
4. I'm too lazy to do the math, but I suspect that her NP2 probably does comparable damage to Santa's NP5, with her superior stats and superior roids.
5. She has the boobies.
6. After this event, everyone will have their own Santa Alters, so they would be less likely to be interested in borrowing your Santa Alter.

Besides of SSR>SR talking, Drake > Santa since Drake is quite self-sufficient for offense purpose. A rider class means it is nature to make a Rider-Critical team due to high star weight. Drake has good Quick card, 3rd skill+ instant NP make abundant stars for busting damage 2-3 turns. (Similarly, Golden rule is a under-performance skill but she can manage it great). In the help of 2030 Waver/Merlin/Hans, Drake can make cycle of self-sufficient offense (generation critical star <--> NP spam <--> critical damage) in many rounds.

Therefore although NP5 Santa has high NP damage, in most circumstances she cannot provide constant good damage as Drake's 2-3 turns. Or let's say besides of her amazing 1 turn of critical bursting NP-x-B-e, Santa is hard do something further

Off course, Santa is still good enough for farming purpose. >90% games is tedious farming, so Santa is great. I think her tier 2 evaluation is appropriate.

Don't even consider it. Drake is good but Gilgamesh is a different league entirely.

Drake damage buff is 1 turn only (17% atk buff and 17% NP damage up), which means she clears a wave and then she loses damage potential for some turns.

Gilgamesh has a 3-turn 21% damage buff and a 30% NP damage up each time he fires the NP. The NP damage up has no cooldown, everytime he fires his NP he boost the thing for 30% and then applies the servant multiplier if blasting servants...It is insane.

Well maybe it is my bad to make a ambiguous conclusion, but I consider Drake as rider version Gil based on similar playstyle, not performance. Also I mentioned their difference for NP.
Also I mentioned "in a suitable team". Detailed speaking, lets say dual Hans with their activated NP for instance. Are there any huge difference beside of their NP? Nope.

Why I make that conclusion?
(1) Both are servants are mainly focusing on damaging. No for any defensive buff, or significant debuff to enemy, or important team buff. In the other word, they work is only for killing
(2) Both are self sufficient as DPS for critical team. Drake as rider has natural high star weight, instance star gain skills/NP, great Quick card. Gil on the other hand, has star absorption skill and huge hit account. Overall, they are recommend to equip with CE focusing on critical-up and Buster-up, or other attacking buffs.
(3) Both have instance charge skill, which make you find good opportunity for fire NP-x-B-e critical brave chain.
(4) Golden rule is a under-performance skill. But for Gil and Drake, it became a huge merit. Other servants? Well golden rule is almost joke for Darius.
(5) Buffs from dual casters and Nightingale as support made them much more strong. But putting them into team full of same class make their performance faded somehow.

Honestly speaking, Gil is broken, but especially broken when he paired with dual Merlin. Right now, top-class but not broken-level.

Charisma for 3 turns? Many servants have that skill, with noting special. Iskandar also has that skill, but before his interlude and change for NP gain, his performance is still mediocre and hard to be good as Drake. At least Drake's Voyager of the Storm is better version of Tactics.

Drake..

NP5 Salter does more damage since Drake's NP damage is modest, but Drake has overall better performance. Not really a hard content carry, but she excels at farming...which is the same use you give to Salter, but Drake does it better because she produces a lot of stars to crit herself or for other people (like Raikou or Lancelot), has good NP gain and has a 50% NP charge.

The only cons of Drake is that her damage buff is 1-turn only (Same as Santa) and her upgrade materials are DISGUSTING. Like 154 bones, 132 dragon fangs and 32 hearts...Drake is pretty expensive.
