I really want Lancelot(Saber) but I also want to save up for Merlin. Should I just throw 30 quartz at the banner and just hope, or just ignore the banner entirely?
I'd say ignore the Banner. It's Bait. 😂😂 On a serious note, Lancelot is not a Story Locked servant so he can spook you on the Merlin Banner but Merlin can't spook you on the current banner so don't roll unless you're confident on your luck or you can spare some tickets or sq.
I am also on the same boat. 😅
You could always just get Lancelot using the free SR ticket we get late next year.
Which banner would that be? I couldn't find it. It would help plan my summonings.
I dont know about a full 30sq roll. But I'd throw a couple tickets at the banner.

The total distribution rate for SR servants is 3%. The more servants it has, the less likely you are to take your servant. As i see, Lancelot has the highest drop rate from day 9 to day 14 which only has 3 Srs.
Depends on how badly you want each servant. This *is* your best chance to get Saberlot, and he is an incredible Saber. But as has been mentioned, he's not a limited servant, so you could technically get him at any time. He spooked me when I was trying to get Nero. Then again, that doesn't mean that you *will* get him some other time. It's entirely possible for you to go your whole life without ever pulling a Saberlot, even though he's not limited.
I guess that's not too helpful. But I'd say that if you want a Saberlot pretty badly, then you should probably go ahead and roll, because this is your best chance to get him. If you just kind of want him but don't care so much, then I guess save for Merlin?
if there's a servant you love or saber you want, it doesn't hurt to throw a summon ticket at it, or a couple of sqs, or even go for a 10-pull, is how i view banners like these.
i for one will do 1 or more of the 3 options, purely for the love of baber-alter (arturia for those who haven't seen the ubw abridged). she's my favorite servant and i've missed out on her in every banner like this, no matter what i threw at it (within reason), but always got 4-star ces at best. it's like destiny that she'll always be just within my reach, but never able to grasp.
