How about Lancelot Saber? He's not a cute samurai but he's a powerful Saber (imo) with a reliable star gen. I have him at NP4 and he destroys..
Okita's next banner is around early march. I'm also waiting for that, Okita and that 5* CE are awesome.
Awesome! Saberlot is my favorite non-japanese swordsman! and I could also use an Arts saber.

If you are still in the market for one, I got a NP2 version of Okita (she may not have max skills, but they are in the High range) at lvl 92 max fous. Plus she is great right now for farming bronze.
