Are you sure it's a glitch? Are you failing to see the saber fous with any sabers or just one in particular. Are you sure you didn't already level up the character you are checking with up to max fou level. Once you get the extra 999 health or 999 attack you can't use fous on that character anymore.
Yes, I have tried servants that do not have 999 fou and are below the maximum level, but simply the things of saber do not appear, only servants.
I also checked the filter, but it still does not appear.
