Raise him to 1st ascension and bond 1 to unlock his interlude. You must complete okeanos to unlock his interlude as well.
You will face 2 battles, each battle drops 9 pages for a grand total of 18 pages + another 10 as a quest reward for a total of 28ap
1 page/AP is as good as it gets.
