I think pyramid itself and lava tubes drop Eli-Chan CE? The higher the difficulty, the greater the odds of dropping.

Where would i have the best chance of getting eli-chan's adventure ce to drop so that I can mlb it and go farm pyramid.

Any idea if droprate is better at one node over the other? I know doing hardest difficulty will help improve chances but is the droprate on said difficulty the same across all areas?

It has same drop rate (~2%). For efficiency, u chose wich node give u more materials

You don't need to mlb Eli CE to farm pyramid? 4 copies already hit 100% appearance rate. Just use those 4 copies to farm pyramid till a 5th copy drop so that you can mlb it for other CEs.

It's a matter of making my life less painful with farming. Using 4 Eli ce costs a lot of party cost and feels wasted when my team is primarily arts based. Would be able to farm far easier if I only had to devote one spot to it. I'll farm pyramid with the items I have and hopefully it'll get me the ge but if not I may just farm somewhere else to finish it first.

Your choice. The other 2 spots would be lava and forest. Lava has best spot for silver but forest are all Assasins. If you are primarily farming for CE, since only servants drop them, do not use any appearance up CE.
