Jack is amazing, she gushes stars to crit with. Valuable for any crit team.
Lancelot, is that saber or zerker? Saberlot is another good crit machine, but the zerker is really fragile.
Pirate duo is pretty good, but I find myself picking Chloe more often due to np spamming.
The lancelot is a saber my bad. I got jack fairly recently haven't had the time to upgrade her yet but ,glad to hear she's good.

Lately, I've been finding myself using Anne almost as often as I've been using Chloe. If it's a fight where there is a boss in the middle wave, as well as the last wave, then I'll usually use Chloe, because then I actually get a chance to spam her NP. But if the first two waves are all just a bunch of mobs with like 10k-25k hp, then I usually feel like it's a waste to use her NP before the third wave, and I wind up without really getting much of an opportunity to spam her NP. In the latter situation, I've just been using Anne instead, since she hits harder and she can also buff Jack to make Jack hit harder as well.

From gameplay perspective i would say you need to cover ST, AOE, Supp and Tank role.
Farm and ST is recommended first, while tank and Supp can join later.
For Boss killer you have strong grailed Jalter with decent skill also Vlad Zerker as general class hitter.
Don't just include the gold one but those silver and bronze is 'gold at doing their job'.
Hans can Supp your carry, you need him for a lot of content ( he's really valuable at gameplay )
Mashu is a free tank and the best tank available whose quality equal to Waver.
Keep raising D'eon, he/she is a solid tank and pretty much the toughest available.
Lancelot is a broken tier and top saber, raise him well and he destroy things. Well, he is a monster.
Jack the Ripper, premiere assassin can dish out tons of Crit and make the Crit star rain.
Don't burn CE's like Battle of Camnlan and Dragon Meridian.
Nitocris is great at wave clearing and farming, you farm everyday so she's also to-raise-list.
Caesar for Damage increasing only buff, massive damage boost.
Leonidas for Buster style team set up.
Asterios for more advanced gameplay, basically the top choice among veteran and seasoned player alike.
Mata Hari, similiar to Asterios. She's a good debuffer.
Georgios, everyones tank and lvl 1 meatshield. Great at doing his job, he's really tough.

You have a lot of premiere servant, make sure to effectively use them.

Bonus : FGO can be beaten by using 1-3 star servant and there's still tons of people doing that.
ST, AOE, Supp, Tank can also included from your available favorite servant. So the story and gameplay would be more amusing and you can have fun from doing story with your servant.

While you have powerful damage, you lack support. Invest in Mash and Hans if you haven't already. After that, just use them or waver + any damage dealer. Make sure to level chevalier to 3rd asc for taunt skill so you can swap taunt evade combo an enemy np. For Jeanne alter, use Hans and Jack.
Like what has been implied so far, you should focus more on your 1-3 star servants. Mash and Hans should be a priority.
Not going to disagree with anything people have said so far, but going to offer up another opinion.
You're asking for whom you should look at getting?
I would suggest if you have Jack (and if you like her) build around her. She can turn someone like Ozymandias into something unbelievable (I have both and can attest to her crit stars of upto 70 on a good chain of attacks, and Ozy has insane crit damage / star soaking).
While everyone is saying level your support, and I fully agree you should level Mash up (I hate her, I really do... did... Camelot changed my opinion) she's super, super useful as as a taunter (especially if you can get the 3x Invul CE or her one from the last halloween event that gives her an extra taunt on entering). I would suggest you could do as I do, and simply avoid bothering with support's and just borrow in Zhuge (Waver) from your support list into your front line, since he is at the moment one of the best - and you have Jalter who can dish it out against basically anyone.
Jalter / Jack / Zhuge (Support) would be a fine time for you presently, if you have a Zhuge on your friend's list (If you don't, I might be able to convince a friend to help you out / I have Ozymandias if you want to test him before trying to go for him) - Honestly, if anyone can think of another crit based person other then Ozy, toss it out! I only really know of him / Drake from my time using Jack.
Alot of people are saying silvers and bronzes... so I will add this as a disclaimer- I've *never* leveled anyone who's not 4 Star or above. So I could be utterly wrong with my advice. I tend to just go "No, I'm doing my thing" rather then what's 'best'.

Generally you are still lacking of supports. The best banner is GSSR caster for new year (Xuanzang or Waver or Tamamo)
Raise Jack and Lancelot. They are top-class for their class.
Raise Mashu and Hans (their level + skills) as first priority
Raise level of Geogies and Leonidas, as well as d'Eon to lv70.
Altria lancer lv47 is SSR? If SR alter version, then raise her immediately.
Recently you can borrow Waver then make team of Jalter+Waver+Hans.
The rest servants like Anne and Nito, depending on how you played. They are great, but leveling priority is not top as I mentioned. Since Qp and embers are restricted,
Some 1-3 star you also need to use. For instance, David/Robin/Eurylate are quite solid archer. Their kits are even great as SR or SSR archers

Jack + Jalter + Hans/Waver is good in almost all situations.
Jack + Anne & Mary Archer + Hans/Waver is good in saber heavy situations. A&M is much better than she's usually given credit for, and anyone who says that she's bad is full of poop.
Hans + Saberlot + Waver is good in lancer heavy situations. Sometimes I also use Jack or some other support/dps hybrid instead of one of the casters, depending on the situation.
The latter two combos are also good in neutral situations, but since you have Jalter, then the first combo is usually the best choice when you aren't fighting a lot of Lancers or Sabers.
