No it doesn't, it only shares the best effect of each of the three main card types, not the typing itself. The only way to increase it's damage is an attack up or buster first card bonus.

Ive heard that extra has the effect of all three card types so i was wondering if the effect of the card is changed

If the brave chain is with the same cards (QQQ BBB AAA), the damage is higher, I may be wrong...
