Buget Team For Cu Alter

There really isn't a bad support for him. Id just make sure you have someone to boost his attack like waver. If you want someone who is easier to get you can put characters like Caesar or Ushiwakamaru for their charisma skills. If you need even more defense for cu, then Georgios or David would be good picks. As you already know, his strength is so rediculous you almost don't need anything else so a support waver plus maybe one of the servants above should cover your needs.

Shakespeare and Leonidas to add more. Shakespeare buffs him with 40% Buster effectiveness for 1 turn and can charge up 20% NP. Leonidas is a tank and can buff up 25% buster per 3 turns.

i use herc (golden sumo) - cu alter (limited zero) - waver who change with shakespeare (ox demon king) and work very well for everything except farming

First of all, dont worry about your luck. It is RNG. I have see >1000 quartz cannot roll a specif SSR in one pool.

Second. Generally Cu Alter's playstyle is rely on his 2nd skill, deal contant damage. Due to his Berserker class, his job is excellent in mob cleaning. However, it is not quite wise to build team for him as the only DPS if his NP level is low. (Like using dual Waver as support). IT is quite hard for Berserkers to absorb stars.

You can have taunt units and one waver to team with CU Alter. Or one DPS (like rider class) and Cu Alter worked as assistant DPS. I have see such team combo like Ozy+2030 Waver/Hans+Cu Ale\ter, or even Raikou+Waver+Cu Alter is one popular team in CN.

Dual Cu Alter + add Herc is also a good choice. So overall 3 thoughts:

(1) Cu Alter as major DPS, supports: Taunt+NP charge. Use Leonidas, Mashu, + Waver
(2) Cu Alter as assistant DPS. Major DPS+support+Cu Alter.
(3) stall, dual Cu alter, Herc, 3 Cus versus Archer/Berserker, etc.
