4 quartzs from main quest and 1 ticket if i recall correctly.
Other than these maybe we will get 1~3 quartzs from maintenance and maybe some quartzs if they do a social media campaign

Will we receive any quartz in the upcoming halloween event?
I am asking because I am in need of quartz... and I was curious to whether or not the upcoming halloween event will provide any quartz.
