I want to make buster team, but i didnt know best servant that fit to this team. I tried to build with only berserker but they easily died and can't using the NP.
Firstly, do you have all the 1-3 star servants? What gold servants do you have? I'm guessing you are referring to buster crit?
General consensus for buster crit team is 2 support with 2030 and 1 buster dps of your choice with a dps CE ideally joint recital.
I have all 1-3 star except 2 gilles + Angra.
I only had 4 gold servant which i don't think is suitable for buster team : Eli Caster, Tamamo Cat, Nero, Nero Bride.
That's why i only ask for 1-3 star.
And about Buster Crit, i dont really know about that (i new to this game, play about 38 days),
I just want to make team that rally on buster card but able to use NP.
I don't really know much, but i heard that Shakespeare is a good addition to a budget buster team, because of his buster skill.
My recommendations:
Bedivere: Very powerful buster NP, even at NP1, but if you can go for more, you should.
Shakespeare: Party wide buster up and targetable NP charge.
Leonidas: Decent tank along with another party wide buster up.
Lu Bu: Easily the strongest buster NP among 3-star servants, plus defence pierce. At max skills and NP5, he averages around 60K damage.
Blackbeard: Pirate's Glory and Voyager of the storm actually scale very well and his NP hits a lot stronger than you think.
Mash/Georgios: While they don't have buster NPs, their tanking ability is very helpful for keeping squishies alive.
I think hans will be good in a dps support support lineup for sustain. Other damage options could include tamamo cat for the number advantage, ko gil for an archer, and jekyll hyde for an assassin. Asterios with kscope can be good too.

Next, always find a Lvl 90 Zhuge Liang to use as your support servant, because he solves all of your stated problems:
(1) His three active skills will give 20% NP to the whole team and 50% NP to one member; if you give your berserkers starting NP CEs like Dragon's Meridian / The Imaginary Element / Kaleidoscope, then they can be ready to use their NP on the first or second turn.
(2) One of his active skills will buff your team defense, which will help your berserkers live longer.
Lancer : Roma/Romulus being a AOE Buster servant. Good for clearing High HP mooks, daily farm, also can be used as Boss killer don't be deceived by his look, the truth is his performance and stat equals to some 4 star ( Chu and Proto Chu is better at Boss slaying, so Chu brother more recommended ). Hektor is similar to Roma but i think with his kit Roma is better.
Archer : Arash, the man, the myth and the Legend. Best AOE Farmer with NP damage similiar to Gilgamesh Enuma Elish. Tawara is like Durable version of Arash with decent stat and Buster buff. There's also David the slayer of KOTR Camelot( he can solo Gawain ! ), Euryale's friend. He have broken kit as a Boss killer and team support.
Kid Gilgamesh can also do well as daily Farmer and AOE clearer.
Berserker : Spartacus is Arash partner for 3 turn daily farm and also a good wave clearer.
Eric is also there, but Spartacus have more priority.
Kiyohime can deal huge amount of damage, and also premium Buster Lowstar servant.
Darius III is pretty much similiar to Kiyohime, like Roma and Hector.
Caster : pretty much have been explained, Hans is general supp so he's can be used by Buster team too. He's lowstar best supp in FGO.
Buster team 3 turn daily : almost all player can do this, here's some of the set up list.
Spartacus/Eric with Dragon Meridian and other NP starter gauge, Kiyohime/Darius with Dragon Meridian and other NP starter, Friends Waver, Harry Potter Mystic Code +20% NP gauge and Shakespeare.
As for boss killer and AOE clearer some of them have been explained by others and have been mentioned above.

Hmm in your situation, I would highly suggest an arts team instead as you have better art servants. Buster crit while good mainly relies on fragments of 2030 to generate stars as anything else isn't as good as it's not as consistent. Also buster cards don't get gain unless you start the chain with an arts card. Quite difficult to reliably np consistently.
With Nero bride, you have an excellent semi-support. You could use a support tamamo and your support is pretty much set. 4th spot could go to mash which is a great free servant. Another great option is St George. He is the only low rarity with 3 turn taunt on a skill. Hans is great here too as he provides heal, a def up, atk up, c.star drop rate up on his np and also providing c.stars on a skill passively as well as extra crit damage.
As for dps, you could use Robin hood for crazy amount of burst damage. Another option would be Euryale which provides good consistent damage and bonus damage against males. Too bad you missed out on Chloe from the Prisma cosmos event...which is the best free arts archer.

Assassins - hundred face Hassan, Hassan of serenity
Casters - Medea, caster Liz(decent star gen support)
Berserker - asterios(more for a stall team but he's basically a poor man's Jeanne)
