Which saber to raise?

My opinion would be to focus on raising Saberlot first and foremost. His ability to be a completely self reliant crit machine makes him useful in so many team set ups. Merlin will also be useful for boosting crit servants so Saberlot will benefit from a team build with Merlin as well. One of Bedivere’s attack boost being tied to a field type is a bit of a bummer for him and OG Nero is a survivable wave clearer, making her a little lower in the priority list for me.

Saberlots first skill also lets him fire off his NP on turn one with the right craft essence and he’ll pair well with Nero Bride and her directional bufffs

Definitely saberlot. Both Nero bride and saberlot can both be supports as well. Saberlot + 2030 and you will get a crazy amount of stars for a rider/archer. The others....not so much as they have just 1 dedicated role.
