Personally I'd save it for another banner that has a rate up for a servant I want. If you don't want any other servant specifically then I guess it doesn't really matter.

I have 30 SQ should wait for next campaign or just spin now?
i got tamano and carmilla from this campaign, and had some left over and from grinding interludes to get more. and per usual, i want to spin when i get 30. should i spin in the story one, or just wait it out?

I suggest you should wait, you already rolled the best Art support in the game and strongest Female killer second only to Jack.
As you have Tamamo already, if you have leveled her later. Gilgamesh Caster can be the sub-support to your Art team. Consider roll for him and you gonna melt FGO content with the most broken Art team in the game. Just insert any Art DPS and consider it's done.

That's it from gameplay perspective. Just roll what your heart desire, because FGO can be cleared with lowstar servant.
Considering what would we get from Quartz gacha. What if we get Zonked, Spooked, and hit the jackpot. Well the highest chance is you get zonked and Spooked. Jackpot is almost become a myth.
For me myself, i just raise any servant obtained from the Quartz gacha. As F2P we can't be too picky about servant.
Raising some lowstar servant is a countermeasure if we oftenly getting zonked from Quartz Gacha.
