Cu Chulainn is a very common and good choice. He has great survival skills and just generally good at staying on the field for ungodly amounts of time.

I am a new Player and have decided to create an Arts based team
with the following servants
Nero
Hans
Mashu
Emiya
I don't know which servant should i add to my team as the last member i have Carmilla, Cu chulainn leveled up but i am willing to add any 3 to 1 star servants to the team as per suggestions,any Advice??

Seconding this. Mozart is like a 1 turn Arts & Crits steroid machine. Combine that with Emiya's skill set, especially once he gets his second strengthening in a month or two, you'll be able to melt everyone and build up NP twice for everyone.
Cu is appreciated as well for his survivability as mentioned above.

I strongly recommended Mozart. Been using him for a long time in a heavy duty art team.
Very strong Art buff for a turn with only short CD, bonus atk down and Def down for ya.
Low star mean he is pretty cheap to raise.
But becareful he is pretty squishy.
For more Complete art set up you can add Archer like Robin hood, matahari as debuffer, Hans for Art crit support.

How should i use amadeus? should i swap him in when needed using the chaldea combat uniform? he seems to be very fragile

People mostly use him while buff stacking with Plug suit ( Mozart dead first then your next buffer come in ) but i wreck thing using him from the start anyway.
Yes it is he is a fragile. Best used when there's a tank or decent healer to cover him.
Because i'm F2P, i usually use low star supp with buff that have good synergy with my team.
Good choice if you don't have broken supp like Tamamo or Waver. He can be used as decent alternative. Unless you want for more durable and long lasting one, roll for Tamamo.
For long run or investment raising your own supp is considerable.
One more supp with similiar kit like him. It's Paracelsus.

As Nero and Emiya both have AoE NPs, you'll want to add an arts servant with a single target NP to use against bosses.
Out of the 3* and below servants, Medea and Robin Hood are going to be your best options. Robin Hood's NP is a powerful nuke and he has decent survivability thanks to having an evade. Medea's NP does significantly less damage but can be spammed, she also has some utility in the form of debuff cleansing and buff removal. Euryale is also worth raising as she is another Arts archer and one of the best anti-male servants in the game.
