I soloed this challenge with Amakusa.
I was fortunate enough that i had someone on my friends list with level 100, 10/10/10, NP1 with MLB'd White Rose Amakusa, after seeing a video on YT of him actually soloing the challenge.
I think he's also perfect for this task because he's a Ruler and his NP cleanses pesky enemy buffs but truth to be told, most of the enemy buffs cannot be purged. It took me two Command Seals due to really bad RNG to beat it (to recharge his HP, NP is no problem) but considering this was the only Exhibition quest left and for the farming i don't need them, i had all 3 to spare. I just couldn't be arsed to repeat the quest with better RNG so i went with CS.

Thanks for the info. I'll try and check if its possible to duplicate this with my friends Amakusa even though skills aren't maxed. Wish me luck.
Edit: Apparently its possible its just that my friend only has a NP1 Amakusa and the vid was with an NP2, would need some CS to finish the job(sadly I'm all out of them).
