You can try farming at the Expert Node, there's a 32.10% chance of a seed of yggdrasil drop :)

Where to farm....
Hey people! So, currently I'm a little bit stucked with Gilgamesh on the exhibition quest, cuz my Cu is not that leveled, so I decided to level him, but I don't have enough of this "Seed of Yggdrasil" thing, can someone tell me where I can farm that thing please? Thnx for ur help guys! :D

Pretty much this. Drops on training grounds and free quests are horrible compared to this. It's the best rate you'll get.
