so do new quests have different drop rates? the farm stays exactly the same right I just have to spam the #3 40ap a bunch

The most important question is:
Do you have Chloe maxed?
You can easily solo the whole Conqueror Stage with her. Maybe take an Avenger or Ruler with you to deal with Karna at the end.
