and heaven's feel for Illya. her triple A deck paired with good Arts servants is enough to compensate for her lack of NP charge stat imo. just git good Arts chains and even put Nero Bride in the team to compensate for np charge and fire off that Heaven's feel buster NP

Formal Craft is better. Another ending is slightly redundant on her as she can increase her own crit damage with that skill I believe. The arts boost is bigger on formal Craft which does apply to her np
Normally if a servant doesn't have star absorption-up skill it is not recommenced to have any critical up CE. Except 4060 Caster+Berserker for Rider since the rider could adsorb almost all star for himself/herself.
Talk of The Hot Sands specific example since 4 stars is not a small amount for team with noticeable difference of star adsorption.
Even an Art-critical team, I suggest Chocolatier CE in the future for her since it provide extra 3-4 star and Archer's 150 star adsorption in Archer-Caster-Caster system is good when >20 star per round.
Or Leisurely Strolling to guarantee Kuro can critical her Art card for almost each round.
Normally an Art-up CE with higher Art-up is more beneficial for Kuro and Archuria because it can (1) further increase their NP damage, and (2) their art card and NP are good in hit account, more art-up=more NP gain. Then NP-A-NP-A cycle could be more efficiently established. Meanwhile only 1 Buster card make critical-up CE not better than servants with BBAAQ configuration.
