Single target Lancer

Underrated comment. Yes Cu's damage is the very definition of average and underwhelming but his survivability means he can get in close enough damage over a larger number of turns compared to the big hitters. Really, just because her np is AOE doesn't mean you can't use Titoria for boss fights. She forms a group of very solid but not spectacular 5 star Lancers. And there isn't much of a difference between any of them (outside of ST vs AOE NPs) because each of them have their respective faults and amazing things about them (Titoria's are she has the second highest health stat in NA currently while having decent damage boosting talents and an np boost to boot). Thus, Titoria should be able to handle all your lancer needs but if you do need another able ST np lancer, best doggo is an excellent choice
