You can turn the 3s CEs as CE bombs and the 4s into Mana Prisms though it will only count sa 1 MP compared when burning a 3s Servant which will give you 3.

What is the best use of 3 and 4* CE's?
So, I may be an idiot for asking this but what's the best thing I can do with those 3* and 4* CEs that do basically nothing in my archive?
I may be a new player(88 total logins) but I already noticed that outside of fringe cases, they barely see any use. Most of the time I just use a Knights of Marines, an MLB Sumo Tournament, and a Kaleidoscope + whatever works best between 3 Great heroes, Heaven's Feel and MLB Summertime Mistress on the last 2 servants that most likely wont see play anyway and are only there for bond points.
Very rarely will 4* s like Covering Fire and Imaginary Element ever see play. 3*s even less so outside of a MLB Dragon Meridian which already only gets put once in a blue moon.
So what can I do with all that crap? Turn it into CE bombs? Or into Mana prisms?

Just keep 3* and 4* event CEs and turn the useless ones to CE bombs or Mana Prism.

Save any 3 and 4* CE's with effects similar to your favorite 5* to use when your team composition is too expensive for the 5* CE's.

Lol, I wish I had your problem. I've never rolled a useful 5* CE, and I have very few of the commonly used 4* CEs. I'd be happy to get my hands on an Imaginary Element, let alone be in a situation where it just sits in my inventory because I have so many better options.

Dragon Meridian when MLB gives 50% charge. So you can aim for that if you have problems with higher rarity CEs.

Yeah, I think I've only pulled two Dragon Meridians, maybe 3. Lol, only CEs that I seem to roll very often are the boat, clock tower, the parted sea thing, Hermitage, and Shinji. I would even be thankful if I could MLB my crimson Black keys. My CE situation is pretty dire.

Dragon meridian is actually notoriously difficult to mlb since they are now ONLY available from fp gacha. Keys too. And the chances of getting a 3* is horrible from the fp gacha.
