Is Saber Elizabeth any good?

Everyone says she's good due to her ST NP5 buster damage and her stats that are fine, her NP gain is pretty average but could be turned to pretty nice with her first skill, but skill wise she's quite mediocre. Her two skills are fine in an of itself, but her third skill is a roulette. A roulette that might or might not save you. A manifestation that you couldn't escape the gacha gods and stuff. It sacrifices 100% NP for some effects that are random and only one could be activated and such which is why it would either save or let you down and not get her NP off when you need too, but as an ST buster saber she'd be pretty nice in my opinion.

She’s the physical manifestation of the Gacha itself. A Skill only to be used by the desperate, the ungodly lucky, and the gambling addicted. :/

I picked Martha too since she was the last of the options that I didn’t have aside from Liz. She’s fit into a lot of different classes- especially if you count Carmilla

is that really true? you cna overcharge it and then spend 100% for a chance at a good buff and still have your np available

Well considering that...her NP gain isn't really that good it's just average if I have to say, so charging it to 200% would be difficult, but yes it could be done.

True but you’d need two supports that can boost NP gain and probably a Kaleidoscope (preferably MLB but regular works well enough) for it to be viable and, even then, the buffs are chance based like Imperial Privilege so you could just as easily waste 100% NP Charge for nothing.

It’d be better to just pair her with either 2 Wavers and/or maybe a Nightingale until Merlin comes out rather than rely on her third Skill tbh

@tlas is right actually. And more than that for example you get the star gen that gives stars and you had 50? Or when you use it when you don't need Healing and it heals you? Well that's that. It nice honestly, but it's quite hard to do and still NP and more than that it's at sometimes wouldn't help you or just slightly help in my opinion.

She’s the Saber for those who like an “All or Nothing” kind of challenge specifically because that’s what you’re getting when you use her third Skill. At least with Imperial Privilege, the cost is low and the odds of getting at least one important buff are relatively good along with a heal (My last use gave Nero Attack up, Defense Up, and the heal). There’s really no such guarantee with Saber Liz

As a free NP5, she is a nice ST saber with decent 1-turn bursting and good attacking status among SR. But somehow hard to use. Especially the 3rd skill I dont simply evaluate it is good or bad, it just hard.
You may need a star adsorption CE for her. NP gain up CE is also recommended.
Depending on what other sabers you have. If you already have SSR or decent SR sabers, and short of materials, Liz's skill up is not in first priority since her materials is somehow conflicting with other sabers except Rama and Altera.

I have Altera, Mordred and Bedi, but the first two are aoe and Bedi is a 3*.

She’d make a good ST saber for you until you can get better options like Rama, Lancelot, or Musashi. The fact that she can easily be upped to NP5 is also a big factor. It’s just not recommended to rely on her 3rd skill as it’s a more costly, higher risk Imperial Privilege (not exact but still chance based)

Yes, in considering the NP damage vs lancers and berserkers, when all self buff on and not burst chain, 100% oc and no extra damage like Mordred,
Liz can do >150000 damage (with 3rd skill) or 115000 (without 3rd skill), ignore deference buffs
~62000 for Altera or 58000 for Mordred.
And Bedi is a 3 star, and NP5 lv70 ~115000. But it is even hard to get him NP5.

However, it is hard to manage what to do for the next rounds of Liz than Altera. Altera has all three skills in decent 5 turn cool down, and her upgraded 2-3 skills with 3 turn lasting guarantee that she is a reliable critical DPS besides of NP. And Altera has amazing debuf resist and sekf-healing for a longer tough fight. Sometimes Burst card could do more damage than NP (asking Jalter and Raikou).

My suggestion is to save materials for Altera and Liz as your sabers since at least they dont have any materials conflicted. But if you have other ST sabers like Saberlot, Nero bride, Mushashi, etc, then Altera + these.
