Bond level voice lines

There's two things I heard about this, so I'm going to ask this...
1. Did you raise her to her max Ascension? I mean level her to 70 and got her Final art?
If you did, and it's still not there then I guess it's a bug, but FGO likes these kinds of things. Their bond lines I heard comment about their own new appearance so...not really sure since I just heard about it from my friend and nothing more.
EDIT: If it's not clear enough then let me explain. Heard from my friend that he had the same problem and he said he fixed it like this (increasing Ascension) or something and he explained what he understood about that like what I said, but I honestly think it's a bug that exists since JP from some forums. Sorry about that.

It's unlocked through conversations in My Room - set her as your favourite servants, go to My Room and just keep tapping on her to talk to her, and eventually her bond lines will appear.

Ascension, I had to ascend her 3 times for the bond level 3 and more talks to appear.

I had the same thing with Marie. I emailed them and they confirmed that it is intentional. They never said how to unlock them, but I suspect the others on this thread saying to ascend them are right.
