Do you have the battle speed doubled? That also affects Noble Phantasm speed

Voice Clips
For some reason in the Illya event (probably not just illya event), some of my Servant NP voice clips aren't playing. For example, Squirtoria
"Excalibur... (Viviane!)" She doesn't say viviane. Is it a bug or do I need to clear my cache again?

Yeah I've got the same problem with Xuanzang where she basically skips the last half of her lines. It's not very consistent, happens sometimes, other times not. It started way before prisma codes though. I'm assuming its just a bug or something. And yeah, as @tlas said it may have to do with doubling your battle speed.
