Saber Alter VS Mordred

I have Saber Alter NP2 at lvl 60 and have enough mats to level her to 70, but i just got Mordred.. here i am confuse should i continue with my Salter or hold and invest to Mordred instead..

Need insight from more experienced player

Why not level saber alter to 70 and then work on Mordred? They essentially do the same thing (AOE damage), Saber Alter at NP2 is just a lot better at it.

Yup just gonna do this, 9 gold statue isnt hard to farm anyway. That dress is worth it.

On one hand, zer0z is right. At NP2, Saber Alter will do more NP damage

On the other, Mordred has higher stats due to being a 5*

I’d say the deciding factor would be which of the two do you like better?

Yup, that 4 stars and 5 stars factor that make me hard to decide and so far i only have 3SSR (Nightgale, Davinci, Mordred) so having a SSR is exciting to me.

I did ascent Salter for that sweet dress.

Just do both. It's a game meant to be played over a long time anyway. Personally I think Mordred beats out salter despite the np2 and similar aoe np just by being a 5 star. What you can do is max ascend salter for now and then work on mor. Mordred is pretty awesome. If you need proof just rewatch her fight against Fran (and trapstolfo and Sieg) in apocrypha. I wish I had her...

I find that saber lily consistently has triple the np damage than Mordred even with her 5* stats (and salter has higher attack than lily if I remember right). And Mordred's overcharge effect is usually useless.

I would definitely focus on Salter first and eventually get to Mordred

Mmhmm. Mordred’s one of my favorite Sabers. I think she’s worth it personally.

I was bummed when Mordred was my GSSR pull. Love playing saberlot, so much more fun. Usually only pull out Mordred when I want to use her busters rather than np.
