Why cant I try out the Challenge Quest for summer 2018?

I'm pretty sure I've finished all the main quests since I was able to beat all the raid bosses at the end and got my summer jalter to np5. Am I missing something or is it about the doujinshi ces? I did used some of them as fuel for my new ces when I first got any of them. Is that the reason why I cant do the challenge quest?
